Janine began working within the property management industry in May 2010, and has gained experience and skill in relation to property, places and people. She has completed Level 4 of her Real Estate Certificate and continues to further enrich her knowledge of the industry.
Suzanne started as a Property Manager in the New Plymouth office at the beginning of December 2013. She brings with her a very positive and can-do attitude. Suzanne previously worked under the Rented.org.nz umbrella prior to her coming on board to develop and define her wealth of knowledge within the Property Management industry.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in Marketing Communication. This gives her the edge to be able to really market your property well and with high professional standards.
Rachel began working in the industry as a Property Manager in 2010. Coming from an Administration, Retail and Hospitality background. Rachel can deal with all walks of life and handle any situation that may be thrown her way. She is very competent in what she does and has a firm but fair approach with all aspects in the business.
Rachel’s spare time and days off are spent with her toddler and partner – also – bringing out her competitive streak on the netball court!

David has had over four years of property management experience and has a very professional approach to dealing both with tenants and owners. As an investment property owner himself, David’s number one priority is to ensure rent payments are paid on time and that the value of the real estate he manages is both maintained and enhanced. David can also give you options on a range of ways to maximise your rental return.
David has had over ten years experience in the education sector and prides himself on having great people skills. Family, tennis, running and music is how David utilizes any spare time.

Jacqui Singleton-Soffer has been working as a property manager in the Nelson Bays region since 2000. Because she has properties herself she understands an owners perspective. Jacqui has three grown up children. She loves renovating, gardening and cooking but not in that order. Jacqui excels in organising, never has a bad Monday and one of her daily highlights is meeting a variety of people. Jacqui is proud of making people feel confident that they have the right person to look after their property. She has a high level of communication with clients.
Jacqui is very protective of the houses she looks after so her owners and tenants alike can relax knowing all is taken care of.
Isabel brings a unique perspective from her combined experience of rental property ownership and employing a property manager to take care of her property in another city. Isabel has an extensive administration background, which is of major importance given the back bone of property management is crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s with administration.
Isabel has two adult daughters and two young grandchildren in Canterbury who she loves spending time with. She has been singing tenor in a 4 part harmony community choir since 2012 and besides reading and walking, she is constantly managing her addiction to a daily Sudoku fix.
Jackie is a part of Rented team in Dunedin. Jackie is an experienced property manager who currently works part time overseeing Rented Dunedin. Jackie has extensive knowledge of the Dunedin area as she has lived in the Dunedin area all her life. Jackie strives to do her best for her owners and tenants. She is her children’s biggest supporter and is well known at school for lending a helping hand. Her husband is a plumber and Jackie gets advise from him when needed. She walks around in winter in sandal’s and doesn’t feel the cold much. A true Dunedin local.

Neale started PMM just over 4 years ago. He and his wife Cath have been investors in the Auckland & Tauranga markets for over 15 years and has a real passion for adding value to any property he owns or manages.

Mike has 20 years of business experience mainly working in Project Management roles in the UK and Auckland. He has implemented a mix of Finance and IT change across various organisations. Mike has a bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting and is studying Urban Valuation at Massey.
Mike lives with his wife Charlotte and their young daughter Paige. His interests include fishing, golf, travelling and hunting when time allows.
Paul’s first career was spent in the Automotive Industry which saw him eventually based in Los Angeles running the US division of an Australian parts manufacturer. After returning from the USA, Paul first became a Life and Business Coach before embarking on his second career in the Recruitment Industry. After learning the industry Paul established his own recruitment firm which he ran for several years before then moving into related businesses such as pre-employment assessments and candidate care. Paul brings his combined knowledge of recruitment, coaching and general business to Rented to ensure the business is supported through the successful identification, qualification and recruitment of successful licensees.
Deniz Yusuf is a real estate consultant with BDMCoach and brings a wealth of knowledge for rent roll growth to Team Rented. Deniz personally grew a rent roll in a regional town of NSW in Australia having listed over 900 managements in a four year period, and winning national recognition in doing so. Team Rented has Unlimited resource access to new business forms and procedures of rent roll growth strategies that have worked, and are currently working in agencies that are being trained across Australia and New Zealand. Deniz mentors each Rented Licensee each week on business growth strategies and accountability to help them grow their rent rolls.
Social Media Coordinator
Leah looks after our social media. As well as working with us, she does coaching and facilitation in her capacity as a Psychologist, and also works with children at an after-school kids’ programme. She has three children, is interested in living and working sustainably, and likes to support inspiration, talent and achievement.
Mike has been looking after small businesses in New Plymouth for over 15 years, and has over 18 years of experience working in corporate environments. He is indispensable to our business as we continue to grow.
Over 20 years ago, Melinda delved into the world of web design by hand coding an online catalog in a brand new thing called an internet website for a military communications equipment manufacturer. She found this to be the perfect medium that allowed her to incorporate her educational background of marketing, advertising and computer programming all in one place. She has been working with WordPress exclusively for 6 years. Melinda enjoys spending time with her three kids and describes herself as a coffee addict, music fanatic, dark chocolate expert, and avid gamer.

Following a career in administration (insurance, education and health sectors) and time out to raise a family, Lynda completed a NZ Diploma in Business and Diploma in Accounting. She enjoys being part of the Rented team and appreciates the work-life balance of taking care of Rented’s administration needs while tending to their lifestyle block where they run sheep, chickens and bees for the home orchard and garden.
