Lease Negotiation & Documentation
We negotiate tenancy terms (by instruction) and arrange all the required lease documentation on your behalf and collect four weeks’ bond the maximum allowed under current legislation

At the beginning of a tenancy a property inventory is prepared to ensure a comparable reference is available at the end of the tenancy (Asset Protection)
