Mid 2009 our company was formed and began operations in New Plymouth. Since then, we have successfully grown to manage nearly 200 properties in under 2 years!
Hamish has developed Rented.org.nz Consulting to enable him to use his skills to assist other New Zealand companies to achieve success in their property management offices.
Introducing Hamish Turner
Hamish has vast experience in property management with over 12 years experience in both
the New Zealand and Australia Property Management industries.
- Owner/operator of Rented.org.nz (both Property Management and Consulting divisions)
- His New Plymouth office received a commended award in the prestigous Westpac Chamber of Commerce Awards in 2011
- While partaking in management of a 1800 strong portfolio in ProRentals (Brisbane), Hamish was
awarded for 2 years running the ‘Property Manager of the Year’ award
Hamish is now also working as a consultant for the Bob Walters Team (BWT) - a group of experienced property management practitioners with a track record of success at helping real estate agency owners maximise the performance of their property management businesses.

Consulting Services
Hamish will attend your site to assist in improving your proceedures and systems, developing or even creating your property management department and growing your portfolio successfully.
When attending the site, Hamish will:
- evaluate the company procedures
- conduct seminars and training sessions with staff and key personnel on site
- provide a comprehensive report on their findings and discuss recommendations

- One Off Consulting (1 to 3 days on site)
- Multiple Day Consulting Packages – available for offices that require multiple visits over a twelve month period (3 or more days)
