Hamish and the team at Rented have been extremely diligent in their selection of tenants to rent my properties, and he has managed to retain the tenants by being proactive and efficient in dealing with their concerns promptly as they arise.
Financial reports are accurate and property inspections are carried out as detailed in the property schedule. Yes, there are companies that offer cheaper property management fees, but I am not tempted to take my properties out of the hands of these guys.

They have made renting out our father's property a very easy proposition. If there are any problems Rented.org.nz deal with it immediately from arranging for a plumber to fix any sudden leaks to ensuring the tenant looks after the property.

I chose Rented.org.nz via their yellow pages advert – best decision I have made. Rachel has been fantastic, met with me and discussed all the options available to me. Gave a fair and honest appraisal of what my property would be able to be rented out for (which I am receiving from my tenant). Very efficient and straight onto advertising my property, all the time updating me with where things were at. Took just over a week to find a tenant!! Fantastic job.

Having Hamish manage our properties has made our life a lot easier. Previously there was always tenant issues either with non payment of rent, tenants not respecting properties or neighbours.
